Eighteen miles north of Charlotte on the southeastern shores of
Lake Norman, Cornelius founded in 1893 is home to historic mill
houses, new communities and spacious lakefront homes. Residents

Bailey Road Park and will host area concerts, outdoor movies and

Denver, located on Highway 16 in Lincoln County, is
approximately 25 miles northwest of Charlotte. This area on the
western shores of Lake Norman has historically been quieter, and
more laid back than its eastern counterparts. Increasing new
development is hastening the pace as this area offers residents
lake amenities and easy commute to both Charlotte and Hickory.

Created in 1963, Lake Norman, the largest man-made lake in North
Carolina, extends across four counties creating an ideal
environment to work and live. It is sometimes called an "Inland
Sea," with more than 532 miles of shoreline. The Lake Norman
area is now one of the most rapidly growing and popular places
to live for the area amenities and recreational opportunities.

Troutman, located in the middle of Iredell County, lies eight
miles north of Mooresville and five miles south of Statesville.
Surrounded by farmland, this area offers residents a rural
setting yet convenient to area amenities. With ready access to
many of the area's finest scenic and recreational locales,
including Lake Norman State Park, Troutman is expected to double
