I can’t express how excited we are at Hendrix Properties to announce the launch of our newest website. Since becoming a Realtor in 1999, I have redesigned my real estate websites 8 times (this is the 6th one for Hendrix Properties since its inception in 2004). It’s funny, but every time I create a new website I get excited. This time is no different. I love the new look, easy to use features, and exceptional home search. I can clearly see that it is totally different than anything else I’ve ever done—and anything else on the market.

Now, I’ll admit that in the past I’ve designed new websites only to have people tell me that they were perfectly happy with the one I was already utilizing. In fact, I’ve been told that I’m too much of a perfectionist when it comes to my website. But, I’d have to disagree. I truly believe that it’s important to constantly work to be the best that you can be—in all aspects of your job. As Realtors, we are in a consumer oriented business and I feel that it’s important to remember that at all times. It’s not about what we want and need. It’s about what the consumer wants and needs.

What I’ve found through all of these revisions is that consumers want information at their fingertips and they don’t want to have to sign up in order to get it. They want a website that is clean and easy to move around in. And, they want a great home search (just to name a few). Ultimately, I believe that if you, the consumer, wants or needs to contact one of us, you will. We aren’t downloading your information as a call list. We simply want you to be well informed throughout the process and know that you can easily contact us at any point, when you are ready.

So, I really hope that you not only enjoy our newly designed website, but that you’ll find it to be the one that will help you the most in your home search.
