After spending his early career working for 3 of the largest real estate firms in the region, Chad Hendrix began to feel that there was a better way of doing business—both for his clients and for himself. In 2004, he founded Hendrix Properties. Today, Hendrix Properties is a full service residential real estate firm supporting the entire Charlotte region and beyond, extending across both North Carolina and South Carolina.

While our office is located in Charlotte, Hendrix Properties works throughout the region. We specialize in finding the perfect properties in Huntersville, Cornelius, Denver, Mooresville, Davidson (and the Lake Norman area), Waxhaw, Weddington, Pineville, Matthews (and the southern Charlotte surrounding areas including Union County), Concord and Kannapolis (Cabarrus County on the east side of Charlotte), Gastonia (and the west side of Charlotte in Gaston County), and Belmont.
