I became friends with Chad before becoming a client of Hendrix Properties, but I must assure you that this reference is honest and based on his professional expertise of real estate.   

I realize I am a bit “particular” and knowing that, Chad really had his work cut out for him. With that being said, Chad was very patient and took all the time I needed to find the perfect house for me….and we saw a lot!  I’m also a single woman and anyone who has ever made a large purchase knows the pressure of making such a huge decision by yourself.  Well, I can honestly say I never felt like I was making this purchase alone.  Chad didn’t ever make me feel like I was an inconvenience even when I wanted to see something at a moments notice.  He did all the real work and I basically was able to concentrate on the fun stuff…picking out the house.  He researched neighborhoods and homes that would be a good fit for me (and my dog), scheduled all the appointments, inspections, closing and even hooked me up with a great mortgage broker, Lance Johnson with Regions Bank.  Chad is very knowledgeable and explained everything from A to Z without using a lot of “Realtor jargon”.  The value of what I learned is priceless.  But most importantly Chad is very passionate about his business.  His heart is in his business and it’s evident from the first time you meet him.

Chad is wonderful. Wonderful enough to use his expertise twice! We were moving from the Pacific Northwest to North Carolina and needed to have a home when we arrived for us and our dogs.

Time and money constraints kept us from flying in ahead of our move to search for property in advance. We discussed with Chad what we were looking for, the kind of lifestyle we led and he immediately started searching and sending us property listings he felt fit our wants and needs.

Chad will admit he wasn't 100% comfortable with us buying sight unseen but he headed out on the hunt and in a matter of a week or so we decided on the property and just to be sure, Chad took lots of photos and sent them to us via email. He shouldn't have worried, he found just what we were looking for and in our price range.

We had a good team and we were able to move in right away upon our arrival. Chad met us the night of our arrival and the next day we were moving into our new home. Due to our careers in consulting we found that in under a year we had to move to Florida. We contacted Chad without hesitation to go to work for us again, this time selling our home.
