I am a people person and can get along with almost anyone. Why do you want that in a real estate agent? Not just for interactions with my clients but the ability to be effective in the real estate world. I am good at building trust, confidence, and a good business relationship with other agents, mortgage folks, inspectors, legal professionals, appraisers, and anyone involved in your real estate bids or transactions. I can do that because I care about others, I listen and I believe that shows through. This is a valuable tool to get my clients to the closing table and their transactions successfully completed. I love this area and enjoy my job working with people to help them find the perfect place to live. I believe in being educated and employing the latest tools available to help buyers win those difficult wars for homes and I am good at what I do. I say that because my clients tell me that. I am also good at helping sellers plow thru their options in multiple offers and how to best market their home to maximize their sales price.
I have been married for over 30 years to Charlie, a financial advisor, and we have three grown children, two by birth and one who willingly married into the family. I have three fun little dogs who are my second round of children. I have had several corporate relocation moves but thankfully have now lived in the Fort Mill/Lake Wylie area for 27 years and I am a native South Carolinian.
