"It's a great place to live, but I wouldn't want to visit!"

The old joke turned on its head. Charlotte gets a lot of flack for being less-than-thrilling to visit, but we have to disagree. Although the Queen City is best explored as a local over months and months there are plenty of things in town worth making the drive (or flight) for. And the numbers don't lie!

  • In 2013, NC tourism generated over $3,000,000,000 for the state
  • July is the biggest month for tourism in North Carolina, followed by April and then October
  • The Piedmont region of NC has the highest daily room rate for hotels in the state, and the highest demand

When selling your home, there are 3 important parts of the of the process that can often become hurdles.

  • The buyer's loan process and securing a loan

In this article, I'd like to address the home inspection process and things that can be done to make this big step go a lot smoother.
